Permissions have been added for Registered Users of the forum to use features that previously were reserved for Premium Members only.

These permissions are:
Custom Avatars - picture next to your posts.
Custom Signatures - shows at the bottom of each post
Photo Albums
Create/Manage/Join Groups
Custom Blog - Create your own custom blog. Write about your games, team, etc., in your own personalized blog.

The following permissions have been added as an effort increase forum participation and activity. As always, please let me know your thoughts, suggestions, etc.
