INHSBB.com | Referral and Posting Bonus

Members, INHSBB.com, Indiana High School Baseball Forum, is announcing a referral and posting bonus. There are now 2 ways to level up your status on the board, referring other members and posting. Currently Members are classified by:

(note: i'm thinking of changing these names in the future)

Name	Logo	Post Requirement	PM Limit
Newbie:		Default	10 Personal Messages
Jr. Member:		100 Posts	15 Personal Messages
Full Member:		250 Posts	20 Personal Messages
Sr. Member:		500 Posts	25 Personal Messages
Hero Member:		1000 Posts	Unlimited Personal Messages

These levels are based on number of posts. However for a limited time any members referred by you will automatically jump you to the next level.
Refer 1 member: Jump 1 level
Refer 5 members: Jump 2 levels
Refer 10 members: Jump 3 levels
Refer 25 members: Jump 4 levels, top level

The members you refer will have to add your username to the profile field referred by when they signup. After they have signed up a PM must be sent to an administrator or moderator claiming the referral.

I have a suggestion for the names, be nice 2 have it baseball related, so here are my suggestions:

1. Prospect
2. Rookie
3. Pro
4. All-Star
5. Hall of Famer

Thats all i can think of for now, thanks 4 taking it into consideration and thanks 4 the site!!! I love Indianamat, the Indiana HS wrestling site, and slowly but surely this site is growing to. I love baseball probably my favorite sport, so glad i have a place to talk baseball with other indiana fans

Does anybody have any ideas for the Karma ?
Karma is a way for other users to rank your discussions they can either applaud it or smite it. This would be cool to relate to baseball too.

Can we come up with baseball words to replace Karma, applaud, and smite?

Only thing I can think of is relating it to pitchers, something like Strikeouts, strikes, and balls.

How about something to do with "slumping" vs. "streaking" If someone likes your post or link or whatever, they hit the streaking button and it improves the "Karma". If they do not like it they can hit "slumping" and it worsens the Karma...of course that means that there could always be a slumpbuster in the works...and we all know how interesting those can be
