Thread: Time to wake up people.

With the start of baseball season a few weeks away let's get some discussions going. Whether it's High School or the Pro's. This board has been dead for far to long. What's your thoughts on the top teams in the State? I think Bloomington South, Lawrence Central and Cathedral will all be tough to beat. Look foward to hearing your thoughts.

It should be another outstanding season. I don't put to much faith in polls. Northeast Indiana doesn't get much "love" when it comes to polls. Within the last 5 yrs (sectional 5) has had 3 4a state champions. 2-Ft. Wayne Snider(05-06,08-09), 1-Ft. Wayne Carroll(09-10). Each one, they where considered "the underdog". So don't be surprised if this years 4a champion comes from sectional 5. Dekalb,Ft. Wayne Snider and Ft. Wayne Carroll will be very strong teams. Ft. Wayne Northrop, with there new coach, will have the talent to win. Each one of them have won a state title before. Also in that span Homestead was runner-up in 07-08. Thats just 4a. The other classes have some very outstanding teams. So to the pollester, keep over looking northeastern indiana, keep voting for your buddies. We like winning championships.
