Hagerstown completed a 3-2 week on the diamond. Taking a doubleheader from Tri High
by scores of 20-0 and 21-1, cruising past Winchester 18-2 before dropping a double header to Blackford by scores of 10-9 and 18-1. In the first game Blackford literally stole the game. In the top of the 7th, Bruin CF Matt Lillard advanced from second to third on a wild pitch and caught Hagerstown napping when he did not stop at third and stole home before they realized it. The Tigers have hit 6 home runs, in the last week,
paced by Cole Bartlett with 3. Bartlett has been overpowering on the the mound. In his last 3 starts, he has had a no hitter and two 1 hitters. His stats in those 3 game: 16 innings pitched, 33 K's, two hits. He was clocked against Winchester @ 86 MPH, when you watch him, you forget that he is a sophomore. The Tigers are now 8-5 on the campaign.
