Thread: Youth Baseball Evaluations

I think these are good before the season, during the season, as well as after the season. I am not sure however that I would do this at the youth level, I would recommend evaluations at the high school level and up.

Before the season it should be more of an expectations chat, however during the season I think it is important to keep players up to speed with how well they are meeting the expectations as well as what they can do to improve.
