Always Impressed by the Sheer Number of Pitches

One of the things that has drawn me to fastpitch softball is the number of pitches and the movement the pitches get.

One of the weirdest things though is the nomenclature (naming).

What are some of the more exotic pitches you've seen? Any crazy ones like baseball's spitter?

I wasn't aware that this was the case. I'd be interested to see these as well, with a description of what they actually mean.
